At Venom Convenience, we’re committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. Due to the nature of certain products, our return policy is designed to protect both our customers and the integrity of the products.

Final Sale and Warranty Coverage

All hardware and accessories, including rebuildable tank atomizers, clearomizers, build kits, mods, RDAs, chargers, and similar products, are considered final sale. However, they are covered by a 30-day manufacturer’s warranty.

Disposables and Pre-filled Pods

We recommend testing all disposables and pre-filled pods immediately after purchase. If you encounter a defect, please notify us within 24 hours of use so we can address the issue promptly.

Proof of Purchase

For any returns or warranty claims, please provide proof of purchase. If you’re testing your product in-store, we can assist you right away to ensure everything is functioning properly.

Please note: the warranty does not cover misuse, neglect, or physical damage. We appreciate your understanding and are here to help if you have any concerns.
